I am going to help you refer people to agloco. I have 35 direct referals and 56 extended referals giving me a total of 91. I got most of these from chat rooms. One chat room I highly recomend you use is the spinchat rooms. So go to spinchat.com. Click on anyone to your left and start a private talk with them. I refer them by using this method. First say hello. nice to meet you. then say Are you interested in making some extra money. If they are interested give them your personal referal link and explain what its about.
I would also recommend you use forums to get referrals.
You need to set a goal for yourself. First of let me say that my referals aren't doing that well at refering people. A goal of lets say 2 a day. That is a good goal. That is 14 people a week.
Good luck
